January Summer Program

Each year during the January school holidays, we work closely with our partners to deliver coastal and marine focused activities across Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula. We work with Barwon Coast, Bellarine Bayside, the Borough of Queenscliffe, the City of Greater Geelong and Coastcare Victoria to deliver a range of environmental activities that engage, inspire and educate, including:

• Beachcombs - walk along the shoreline to discover shells, crabs, seaweed and much more
• Beach and Bushwalks - discover the amazing local plants and animals that live around our coastline
• Bush and Beach Detectives - explore and investigate our dunes and beaches looking for life
• Coastal Discovery Stalls - Join us, Barwon Coast and local volunteer groups to participate in environmental art and craft, look at our table-top beachcomb or pick up brochures, posters and booklets.
• Discovery Nature Stalls - Visit us at Eastern Beach to explore all things nature!
